Kelly uses her journey of living alongside an addicted loved one to deliver a motivating and inspiring talk that is warm, lighthearted, and engaging. Kelly leaves the audience feeling hopeful while providing powerful takeaways which encourage her audience to think. 

Kelly speaks openly about her journey and topics that are close to her heart. From addiction and recovery, codependency, mental health, and finding the courage to change.

Kelly has been an educator for twenty years with the District School Board of Niagara. She facilitates workshops, has spoken at events in Southern Ontario, and offers online support to women through her free Facebook group Finding Freedom from an Addicted Loved One.
